The concert was held in S.I.T.,Klang Parade and we were to arrive at 5.00pm sharp...
It was all dark, so those of us who have reached sat down... The Klang Chambers Choir(KCC) members were having a rehearsal.... OMG, they were so darn good...
Then, after them, it was our turn... our practice was quite terrible... Sir looked kind of angry because of the attendance.... After the practice, we were given 30 minutes or so to eat and everything....
So, at first we(Form 4s) went to the food court... and then we changed our mind; and we went to Mcdonalds...Whoa, almost half the choir team are there [what to do? we are fast food maniacs]...And, after eating we went back to S.I.T....Warm up with the KCC members.... OMG... even the warming up was so POWERFUL.... gosh... amazing
Then, I shall skip the make up and getting ready part, to the starting of the concert....
The songs performed by the KCC members is unbelievable... way better than Kepong School(no offence, really) which I thought was the best ever.... They were not using microphones and yet, their voice can be heard throughout the theatre... Laavanya's solo part with a guy was romantic [They were singing The Phantom of the Opera by the way]....
After that, it was our turn.... we kind of jogged down... LOL... we walked too fast already -.-"... On the stage, the spot light was too bright... we can hardly see anything except the first row.... and the conductor of course...Sir played the piano and Yunn Min conducted for the songs Malay medley and Shen An Doah [looking gorgeous in her uniform, might I add] LOL.... It was okay...
Next, JQ conducted for Chan Mali Chan and Hsiu Fong played the piano.... The song was okay too....
During the half intervals, some of us were given...you know those glowing bands used for concerts? to give out to the audience....
The Last half of the concert was incredible, breathtaking and absolutely awesome..... we went very very high...LOL... It was one of the best nights ever....
